Lucio Rossi
(1846-1913)
Born in Rome 23 January 1846, Rossi moved to Paris in 1867 to work as an illustrator gaining a reputation for his work in various journals and periodicals. However, he is best known for his genre-paintings and exquisite portraits of finely-dressed women in luxurious domestic settings. Rossi died in Paris in October 1913.
